At Danske Bank, we prioritize innovation and the provision of high-quality customer experiences through advanced technologies. As a Product Owner in the Chatbot Squad within our Customer Engagement Tribe, you will be instrumental in developing the future of our GenAI & AI-driven solutions.
We invite you to join us as a Product Owner within the Chatbot Squad, part of the Customer Engagement Tribe. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering AI-based solutions to our customers. Your focus will be on developing customer-facing chatbots and AI-supported assistance solutions for employees who service customers primarily from our contact centres. This position offers an opportunity to embark on a journey that will evolve alongside solution maturity and customer readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of GenAI & AI-based solutions to enhance customer experiences and support customer assisting employees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and secure buy-in.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog to streamline and enhance the functionality of our chatbot and assist solutions.
- Be at the forefront of GenAI technology evolution to ensure frontrunner deliveries
- Ensure chatbot and other solutions are integrated seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of chatbot and other solutions to ensure they meet customer needs and business goals.
- Support the approval process (risk/legal and compliance) of AI solutions
To Excel in This Role, We Imagine You Have:
- Previous experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in AI-driven solutions or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the business side of the company and the ability to lead the project.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional international teams.
- Innovative “start-up” mindset with a focus on delivering great customer experiences through self-assisting solutions powered by AI.
- Educational background and skills originating from Mathematics, Statistics and/or Data Science e.g. MSc in Data Science.
- Proficiency in English.
