Title: Senior Data & AI Engineer - Engagement Manager
Location: Princeton, NJ
Summary:
We are looking for an energetic Engagement Manager to oversee client engagements, drive key initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, along with a proven history of managing client relationships and leading multi-functional teams. The ideal candidate will focus on guiding teams through data product development, testing, deployment, as well as support and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and adjust detailed project plans, leading timelines, budgets, and resources.

Define project scope, objectives, and results aligned with client expectations.

Identify risks with mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
-
Prioritize, delegate tasks, and supervise progress optimally.
-
Facilitate team meetings, ensuring clear communication across partners.
-
Lead budgets, maintain cost control, and provide regular updates to leadership.
-
Act as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners.

Capture client feedback, be responsible for quality assurance, and ensure project results meet standards.

Maintain detailed documentation and deliver concise project status reports.

Demand management of Data Product and Integration requests using Azure DevOps.

Triaging and handling various data product requests (Patient Data, Clinical Trial Operations, Quality Data, Ad Hoc, Integration, Support and Maintenance).

Agile delivery of data products including sprint planning, backlog creation, and effort estimation.

Development, testing, deployment, review, and approval of data products.
-
Running governance meetings and collaborating with vendors.

Leading the team in identifying improvements, suggesting tools, automations, and demonstrating AI capabilities.

Solving and supporting existing data products and integrations.

Supporting resolution of issues due to data migration to Operational Data Store.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Shown experience in GXP environments within the pharmaceutical industry.

Understanding of clinical operations and R&D domains.

Experience managing projects related to crafting and defining clinical and quality data products.

Skilled in leading multi-functional teams in data product development, testing, deployment, and support and maintenance.

Desirable experience with clinical trial and pharmaceutical quality data.
