We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements and functional specifications.

• Translating business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
• Writing and maintaining documentation (both Business and Technical).
• Assisting in the design, creation, or customization of new or existing systems.
• Supporting the alignment of business processes with new or existing systems/projects.
• Ensuring the consistency of proposed solutions and implementations with corporate architecture.
• Providing training and support to users.
• Collecting, analyzing, and cleaning data.
• Identifying trends and patterns in complex datasets.
• Developing reports and analyses and interpreting data.
• Managing and designing the reporting environment in Tableau and QlikView.
• Supporting the Data Warehouse by identifying and reviewing reporting requirements.
• Normalizing data.
• Troubleshooting issues related to the database reporting environment and reports.
• Assessing changes and updates in source systems.
• Training end users on new reports and related tools.
• Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.

Requirements

• Proven work experience of 1-3 years as a Business/Data Analyst or in a related field.

• Good knowledge and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI) and databases.

• Desired knowledge and experience in SQL and Python.

• Familiarity with gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements and functional specifications.

• Preferred specialization in data models, database design development, and data mining.

• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for data analysis (Excel, SPSS, R, etc.), as well as advanced proficiency in complex Excel functions.

Nice to Have:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent knowledge of English.

• Written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at various levels.

• Ability to follow procedures correctly, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and processes.

• Preferred certification in Data/Business Analytics.

Basic Degree Titles/Academic Specialization:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or another related field.
• Preferred Master's degree in a related field.
