ABOUT THE ROLE

The AI/ML Expert is a key role responsible for harnessing the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to develop innovative solutions that enhance business intelligence and improve operational efficiency. You will design, implement, and refine AI and ML models to solve complex problems, enabling smarter decision-making across the organization. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify AI opportunities and guide the strategic integration of AI solutions into core business operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct research on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies to stay at the forefront of the field.

• Design, build, and train AI and ML models that address business challenges and improve decision-making.

• Evaluate model performance and refine models based on real-world data and feedback.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and IT, to identify business needs and explore AI opportunities.

• Guide the strategic integration of AI/ML solutions into business processes to drive innovation and optimize operations.

• Mentor junior team members and promote AI/ML best practices across the organization.

• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, translating complex AI/ML concepts into actionable business strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Deep knowledge of AI and machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, etc.

• Proficiency with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

• Strong programming skills in Python or R.

• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering to ensure high-quality input for model development.

• Ability to evaluate and optimize models, ensuring they meet performance and scalability requirements.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms for model deployment, particularly AWS SageMaker or similar solutions.

• Strong communication skills for effectively engaging stakeholders and aligning AI strategies with business goals.
