Spire is seeking a Data, Analyst II to create data analyses and analytical applications to inform process, quality, and performance improvement in operations, customer service, and other cross-functional initiatives. This role will provide actionable insights to enhance data and analytics support across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong analytical skills, and can manage multiple projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and work with the Data Engineering team to set up the data sources or databases.
- Analyze large datasets to discover trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform business strategies and improve services.
- Develop and deploy applications, including entities, forms, and workflows, using Microsoft Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications to improve business processes.
- Develop and implement Power Automate workflows to support business processes, integrate systems, and stream data flows.
- Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
- Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of Power Platform solutions by adhering to best practices and conducting thorough testing.
- Provide training and support to team members on data analytics tools and techniques, fostering a culture of data literacy across the organization.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting and insights to management.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- None, however, considered a leader for all employees in data gathering, analysis and technology project activities.
Required Education (certifications, licenses)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data science or business-related discipline is required.
Required knowledge, skill and abilities
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization, including data integration, query building, and reporting with Tableau or Power BI.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with SQL, Python/R, or similar programming languages is preferred.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment and managing multiple projects.
Physical demands, environment and schedule
- Hybrid work environment.
- Occasionally requires work during nonstandard business hours.
- Travel may be required at times
