This role plays an important role in streamlining processes and creating efficiencies through the continuous review of all existing and new data integration requests and partners with lease administration, facilities management, real estate strategy, legal, lease accounting, financial planning and analysis and other key business areas to enhance existing reporting and standardization of data mining and KPI benchmarking. 

 

 

 

A Day in the Life

 

  • Create SOP’s and document all current Lucernex system integrations
  • Maintain critical data metrics in Lucernex for data mining and reporting
  • Partner with Lease Administration to maintain and enhance the CAM and Tax audit tool in real estate IWMS (Lucernex System)
  • Partner with Lease Administration and Legal to develop real time reports from lease abstract data for lease renewals, occupancy, notices and terminations effectively transitioning from individual user maintained spreadsheets
  • Develop expertise in existing Lucernex integration processes with the support of the Director, Integrated Data Analytics
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly integrated business processes through various reports and partnership with process owners
  • Work with all functional areas to assist and support with the development of new tools (i.e. Mobile Apps) for continuous improvements that maximize system components and build process efficiencies

 

 

 

 

You Will Come With

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, finance or related field
  • 3+ years related experience in a corporate environment with a focus on corporate real estate, corporate finance or data driven analytics business area
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Experience with programming languages
  • Exposure to IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) applications
  • Ability to conduct research and data analysis and provide actionable insights
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
