We are seeking an Strategic Sr. Project Manager with experience in technology initiatives to oversee the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions for Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation & Advisory (V&A) services, as well as managing the V&A technology portfolio to bridge & enhance partnership with business & technology priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple technology projects, and will leverage AI-based tools to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and improve decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management who can manage tactical details & plan development, and agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure the successful prioritization & delivery of products. This role requires a strong leader who is highly collaborative, has strong executive presence, and a keen attention to detail will allow for engagement with a variety of levels of people in the organization that aids in alignment and driving the optimal outcomes for program success.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Leadership
- Lead multiple technology projects focused on modernizing valuation workflows through automation, AI analytics, and data-driven tools
- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business, ensuring solutions address real business needs
- Manage portfolio of solutions to help drive organizational transformation toward aligned organizational strategy for optimal outcomes/platform scale
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI for competitive advantage in the project management process
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with solution managers to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Coordinate with technology teams (developers, data scientists, ML engineers) to implement solutions
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and ongoing project plan & planning activities regarding schedule development, resource allocation, issue prioritization, risk management, and communication / change planning.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively, using AI-driven insights for predictive project management.
- Lead timely resolution of key issues, decisions, escalations, and risks (implementing mitigation plans as needed).
- Advanced Project Management
- Implement AI-based project management tools (Microsoft Project AI, Smartsheet) to optimize:
- Resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects
- Risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Timeline tracking and dependency management
- Use predictive analytics to identify potential bottlenecks before they impact deliverables
- Implement AI-based project management tools (Microsoft Project AI, Smartsheet) to optimize:
- Technical Oversight
- Manage implementation of complex technology solutions including:
- AI/ML valuation models that enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Automated report generation systems
- Data ingestion pipelines for property and market data
- Workflow automation tools for valuation professionals
- Ensure seamless integration between new platforms and existing CRE systems
- Drive the business adoption plan in partnership of business leadership of cloud-based, data-centric, and AI-enhanced valuation platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing CRE systems.
- Manage implementation of complex technology solutions including:
- Performance Measurement
- Establish clear KPIs for measuring project success and ROI
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization
- Create dashboards to track adoption rates and performance improvements
- Report on quantifiable efficiency gains from implemented solutions
- Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate project reports including progress and health updates, RAID items, budget, etc.
- Innovation Leadership
- Stay current with emerging project management methodologies and tools
- Recommend process improvements based on project learnings
- Champion data-driven decision making throughout the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management (technical preferred), with a focus on managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Business implementation/integration experience required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Experience in valuation software solutions, automated appraisal workflows, or property data analytics.
- Knowledge of CRE data platforms (e.g., Argus, CoStar, Real Capital Analytics, Moody’s Analytics, or similar).
- Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or related project management frameworks.
- Background in data science, AI/ML, or cloud-based technology solutions.
- Experience with Commercial Real Estate (CRE) workflows, property valuation processes, or financial modeling tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered project management tools and workflow automation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in data analytics, workflow automation, and valuation modeling.
- PMP certification
- Change Management experience across new technology implementations
