We are seeking a Sales Analytics Solutions Sr Director to lead the development and implementation of AI applications that enhance the operations of our global Y! Ads Sales, Solutions, Service, and Biz Ops teams. This role will focus on identifying cost-effective and durable AI solutions, defining use cases, and ensuring the successful rollout of both off-the-shelf and customized tools, such as those developed in partnership with Salesforce. The ideal candidate will prioritize AI strategies that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth while overseeing the integration and adoption of these technologies across teams.
In this role you will:
AI Strategy & Roadmap Development
• Define and execute the AI product strategy and roadmap for advertiser sales teams, aligning with business objectives.
• Prioritize high-value AI applications that drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and enhanced customer engagement.
• Ensure AI investments are cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with long-term business needs.
AI Use Case Identification & Requirements Gathering
• Engage with Sales, Solutions, Service, and Business Operations teams to identify critical pain points and AI-driven opportunities.
• Define AI scenarios, use cases, and functional requirements for automation, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted decision-making.
• Balance off-the-shelf AI solutions (e.g., Salesforce AI capabilities) with custom AI tools developed internally or with third-party partners.
Product Development & AI Integration
• Partner with engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams to build and deploy AI solutions tailored to sales workflows.
• Oversee AI model evaluation, testing, and implementation to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI tools into existing sales platforms, including CRM, analytics, and customer engagement tools.
AI Adoption, Training & Change Management
• Drive adoption strategies to ensure sales teams effectively leverage AI-powered tools.
• Develop and execute AI training programs to upskill teams on AI capabilities, best practices, and limitations.
• Collaborate with sales enablement and operations teams to ensure a smooth rollout of AI solutions globally.
AI Performance Measurement & Optimization
• Define and track key AI performance metrics (e.g., efficiency gains, revenue impact, adoption rates).
• Continuously refine and optimize AI models based on feedback, usage data, and evolving business needs.
• Ensure AI solutions are compliant with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
Relevant Task Examples
• Define AI-powered lead scoring to help sales prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Deploy AI-based sales forecasting models for improved revenue predictions.
• Integrate AI chatbots & virtual assistants to automate common sales and support inquiries.
• Optimize AI-driven ad campaign recommendations for better client outcomes.
• Enhance CRM AI capabilities (e.g., predictive next-best-action recommendations in Salesforce).
• Develop AI-based deal intelligence tools to surface insights on advertiser behaviors.
This role is ideal for a strategic AI product leader who understands how to bridge AI innovation with real-world sales challenges. The Sr. Director will own the AI vision, ensure its practical adoption, and drive measurable business impact across our global sales organization.
Requirements:
AI & Product Management Expertise
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years in AI/ML-driven product development.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, LLMs, automation, and machine learning applications in a business context.
• Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments (preferably in sales or advertising).
• Experience working with CRM, analytics, and AI-powered sales tools (Salesforce, Einstein AI, etc.).
Sales & Business Operations Knowledge
• Deep understanding of advertiser sales workflows and how AI can optimize sales, solutions, and service teams.
• Experience working with sales enablement, operations, and go-to-market teams to introduce new technologies.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across AI/ML, engineering, sales, and marketing.
• Strong skills in executive communication, stakeholder alignment, and change management.
• Experience rolling out global AI initiatives across distributed sales organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Salesforce AI (Einstein, GPT, Copilot, etc.) or similar enterprise AI tools.
• Background in digital advertising, AdTech, or MarTech.
• Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and AI ethics in enterprise settings.
• MBA or advanced degree in AI, Data Science, Business, or related fields.

The compensation for this position ranges from $172,645.00 - $375,285.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
