Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Collect and clean data from various sources to prepare it for analysis.
• Assist in data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
• Provide analytical support to cross-functional teams to improve Operation processes and outcomes.
• Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate analytical findings and insights to stakeholders and MCS Team.
• Work closely with the Manager to prioritize business and information needs.
• Document analytical methodologies and data processing workflows.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on challenges, conduct trend analysis.
• Assist with the development of automated reporting and analytics tools.
• Keep up to date with the latest technology trends and analytical methods.

What are we looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in statistical packages (such as Python, R) and database languages (like SQL).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Basic knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• A passion for problem-solving and an eagerness to learn new skills.
