Junior Data Analyst - e-Xperience Associate

What does this role involve? 

• Analyzing large datasets using SQL/Python to identify trends and areas for optimization
• Taking an active role in generating hypotheses, deriving insights from data, generating recommendations based on data and creating product development strategies
• Depending on the team:
  Supporting the design and conduct of A/B tests with statistical knowledge, often providing input in the form of variants of changes
• Creating data visualisations using Tableau or Looker Studio
• Collaborating with project teams to develop product improvement strategies based on data analysis and forecasts

We are looking for people who: 

• Think analytically (define the sources of the problem, notice deficiencies and errors in data, and look for their source)
• Can actively derive insights from data and generate and verify hypotheses
• Have experience working with databases and are familiar with SQL/Python
• Have experience in creating data visualisations using tools like Tableau or Looker Studio
• Can apply statistical knowledge in practice
• Know English at B2+ level
