Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining Data and Digital Transformation as an Assistant Manager Data Analytics & Governance. This role would enable you to drive data analytics and governance functions of the Group Procurement initiatives.by performing end to end analytics including dashboard creation, price and supplier governance, liaising with the SBU teams on data collection, verifications, cleansing, creating digital tools through the use of Macros. & drive KPI tracking/ generating trends, lead data standardization projects and other digitalization & Automation projects from the Group Procurement Team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead data analytics for group procurement, ensuring timely creation and distribution of analytics reports for category managers while overseeing all data-related functions.
- Monitor price and supplier governance for completed negotiations, validate orders in SAP for accuracy, and report non-compliance to category managers and SBU teams.
- Create dashboards to track and forecast Group Procurement KPIs monthly, highlighting deviations.
- Liaise with SBU finance and supply chain teams to collect, verify, and reconcile KPI data monthly.
- Lead data standardization, digitalization, and automation projects for Group Procurement, focusing on material creation and related areas.
- Maintain and update Time and Action plans for data analytics projects, track progress, report regularly, and propose corrective actions for deviations.
- Release monthly reports on actual vs. forecasted KPIs, highlight deviations, and conduct reconciliations for the Group Procurement Team.
- Conduct detailed data analysis using SAP and manual SBU data to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Should Possess a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree on Statistics / Mathematics.
- Professional qualification such as CIMA / ACCA / CMA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in data analytics and governance or Supply Chain Analytics.
- Excellent knowledge on software such as Power Pivot, Power BI, SPSS.
- Experience in creating macros through Python, R Language, C++, etc. would be an added advantage.
- Strong track record of implementing advanced analytics solutions
- Good Presentation and Communication skills.
