Responsibilities
Develop automated creative generation across various modalities for advertising, including text, image, and video.
Research and apply Language Learning Models and Stable Diffusion models (LLMs)/SD models for high-quality content creation.
Utilize Generative Al technology to improve chat experience, model outputs, and explore new products.
Deploy automated creative workflows by leveraging Generative Al technologies to increase overall revenue for advertisers, agencies, and creators.
Collaborate with various engineering teams to deliver features to drive the user growth of products.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Optimizing, training, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models with Python and mainstream machine learning frameworks;
Developing code and identifying issues in Linux environment;
Coding using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or C++; and
Developing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $212800 - $389500 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).​
