Red Hat’s User Experience Engineering team is looking for a collaborative and energetic program manager who can work across teams to lead large efforts to success. This role will focus on projects which improve the customer experience and Red Hat’s ability to support customers through Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) enhanced projects. You’ll assume a leadership role on long running and impactful initiatives, working with multiple stakeholders, development teams and subject matter experts.
What will you do?
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and socialize a strategic architectural vision that meets key business objectives
Track and deliver status reports on the scope of evolving high level goals, ensuring the teams involved are engaged in their mission to navigate them within agreed timeframes and stakeholders are informed
Operate in an inclusive and collaborative environment to solve problems effectively and efficiently
Support a diverse team of engineers and designers by driving and prioritizing strategic goals, OKRs, and requirements
What will you bring?
Extensive project, product, program management experience
Familiarity and experience with AI/ML concepts.
Experience gathering and prioritizing requirements
Experience building and executing complex plans and communicating across several organizations as well as to technical, non-technical, and management audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to foster productive collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders
Familiarity with agile practices and ability to balance engineering agility with longer term stakeholder planning needs
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Service Now a plus
Familiarity with enterprise application operation models
Familiarity with enterprise level security and data privacy requirements and compliance
