Data Analytics Intern

A Day in the Life

As an intern, you will support the Virtual Engagement Solutions team in the ACEE region (Africa, Central, and Eastern Europe) by analyzing and interpreting data to drive strategic decision-making. You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, digital engagement, and regional business strategy. 

Internship details:
•    Start date: May 
•    Duration: 6 months 
•    Working hours: 40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)  
•    Working model: hybrid or remote
•    Location: Zagreb  or Warsaw

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
•    Support Data Analytics team in sales and business analysis to track sales efforts, collect and present necessary data to gain insights and support business strategies
•    Extract data from various sources, generate reports and dashboards to visualize data insights
•    Assist in identifying trends and patterns to inform business strategies, interpret data with clear objectives in mind
•    Identify areas of improvement and optimization of current processes, support planning, monitoring and coordination of projects with data analysis
•    Collaborate with other teams including sales, marketing and operations to ensure data accuracy, alignment and relevance

Required knowledge:
•    Recent graduate or currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data analysis related field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, etc.)
•    Ability to work across different cultures, regions and functions
•    Proficiency in English, both in verbal and written communication
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
•    MS office proficiency with a focus on Excel, familiarity with data analysis tools and processes
•    Proactive approach, readiness to learn and develop, logical thinking, organized and disciplined

Would be a plus:
•    Experience working with several data sources and combining where possible, including but not limited to Salesforce CRM, Snowflake, Sharepoint folders and local databases
•    Advanced analytical skills in python, SQL, DAX as well as PowerBI or Tableau dashboard creation
