Job Description
The Data and Insights Manager reports to the Director of Digital Commercialisation on the Core Application Products (CAP) Go to Market (GTM) team. The GTM team is responsible for driving go to market activities and commercial performance management for key Products in Europe and the Data and Insights team supports both GTM verticals.
A strong candidate has strong analytic capabilities, is a creative thinker, and is business oriented. Key responsibilities include:
• Leverage Visa data to create meaningful and actionable insights for the product organization, executives, and other relevant stakeholders. Produce insights on a regular cadence.
• Support the execution of CAP reporting and dashboards roadmap. Act as the project manager for specific reporting deliverables within the roadmap. Partner with data science and respective business owners to define the project scope and execute the development of reporting from scratch. Lead training on dashboards.
• Act as a subject matter expert on relevant performance tracking. Support GTM and in market product teams in building relevant product narratives with actionable data.
• Provide ad hoc insights and analysis on new and evolving CAP initiatives including topics such as billing, revenue forecasting, the future of authentication, tokenization, etc.

Qualifications
Basic Qualification
•3 years of work experience and Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics,
Finance, economics, data science, computer science, Management information
systems (MIS), or other relevant field
Preferred Qualification
•Modest expertise across a range of industry and Visa topics, Visa products, and
the European market.
•Feel comfortable owning relevant workstream(s)
•Ability to build consensus within team and selectively across organization
•Ability to develops cross functional relationships with peers and selectively with
senior management
•Ability to think strategically and holistically within broader team objectives
•Ability to quickly identify and understand issues related to achieving the desired
recommendation or outcome
