About this role

The Data Integrity Manager will manage a team 4 professionals in the Coordinate Data Integrity Team​. The focus is to propose, track and implement engineering enhancements. The success of this role is on keeping the KPIs, controls and process in place.  

This is an onsite role in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sustain Bill of Material (BOM) containment activities ​
  • Implement Engineering Change governance at plant level to prevent data disruptions on the shop floor​
  • Coordinate the development of an SAP material master data change process​
  • Liaison with the 3rd party technical support ​team
  • Identify and solve data problems affecting the shop floor​
  • Maintain KPIs and reporting on digital disruptions​
  • Lead Carrier Excellence events when appropriate for problem solving

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years of experience with ERP product management lifecycles
  • 3+ years of experience with change management systems
  • 1+ years of leading a process or a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with components of a commercial chiller (Both Air and Water cooled)
  • Bachelor's degree – engineering or supply chain
  • Detail accuracy
  • Data analysis
  • English
  • Project management
  • Presentation
