This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Data Governance Lead Customer & Vendor within our Entreprise Data Services team in Eindhoven with Signify.

As a Data Governance Lead Customer and Vendor you’ll be responsible for shaping the Customer and Vendor domain from a data perspective together with your (small) team. You will work with business stakeholders and business process owners to define data models, data (maintenance) processes and data governance. With them you will shape the data in the Customer and Vendor domain to propel Signify into the future. You will:

• You will be responsible for the data model, data process and data governance on business partner (Customer and Vendor) in our existing systems and help define it for our future way of operating.

• Deploy the customer and vendor data governance to the Signify organization and ensure process adherence can be measured and is followed.

• You will discuss with the different businesses how customer and vendor master data models are included in their processes and translate the implications to data and data management.

• You will manage a small global team on a day to day basis, but also coach them and guide them during their careers in Signify.

• You will work with your colleagues on domain spanning data management topics, like metadata repository (Collibra).

• Strong thought leadership on business partner (Customer and Vendor) in a product and services driven company like Signify in an SAP S/4 context

• Excellent pro-active (senior) stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with managing small global teams, coaching and developing the careers of your team members as an empathetic authentic people manager

• Ability to articulate, own and drive a multi-year domain roadmap with tangible business outcomes and measurable KPI’s to show progress.

• Strong business/functional understanding of Customer Master, Vendor Master and business partner concepts in a products and services driven company like Signify.

• Thorough understanding of the legal/compliance related requirements for the domain you own/manage.
