As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are now looking for a Data Analyst within Financial Crime Prevention to join our office in Copenhagen.

As our new Data Analyst, you will be a key contributor within our Financial Crime Prevention Operations department, reporting directly to Henriette Wisborg Abildtrup. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate closely with the management team to develop and implement precise reporting solutions using relevant data. Additionally, you will support senior management and financial crime prevention leadership with data inquiries for various projects, and assist the operational FCP teams in their daily operations to ensure operational excellence.

What will you do?

• Conduct strategic consulting and problem-solving for management, providing general reporting for the board and FSA.

• Facilitate and support the management reporting meetings, ensuring effective agendas and structure.

• Drive special assignments for the FCP leadership team to support key deliveries.

• Deliver high-quality communication and decision-making materials to management and stakeholders.

• Improve and maintain FCP performance reporting, defining key KPIs and providing insights to enhance future performance.

• Assist FCP teams in their daily tasks to ensure operational excellence.

• Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Understanding of data usage within business processes and its impact on outcomes.

• Experience with data analysis of large datasets using SQL, Power BI, and Excel; familiarity with Databricks is an advantage.

• Excellent PowerPoint/slide skills

• Excellent visualization of data

• Solid project management skills to lead targeted data quality projects.

• Comprehensive understanding of the impact of data quality on business objectives.

• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills to navigate cross-team efforts.

• Experience in presenting and reporting to senior management.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience with Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) from the financial sector is a plus, but not a requirement.
