Overall Purpose
The Sr. Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for assisting with the Data Integrity Program’s operational business functions. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical data across our organization. This role will be a key contributor to process improvement and compliance efforts and guiding cross-functional teams toward achieving program objectives; bringing operational success to the Data Integrity Program.
Essential Functions
Triages newly identified data anomalies: Ensuring details of anomaly are clearly defined and that initial impact is understood and documented (if possible), assesses risk level, and identifies who is on point for remediation of the data anomaly.
Follows up with internal partners to ensure data anomalies have appropriate and timely updates.
Assists internal partners with training and mentoring of Data Integrity workflow and expectations.
Leads or participates in cross-functional discussions related to specific data anomalies or the Data Integrity program.
Escalates high risk data anomalies to data integrity program leadership.
Prepares comprehensive closure statements for data anomalies, ensuring cross-functional teams can quickly understand the anomaly, impact, scope and remediation as the final resolution for high-risk data anomalies.
Identifies and implements improvement activities to enable the team to work more efficiently over time.
Supports the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
5 years or more of previous experience in a data analytics, data quality, data management or technology role.
Proven experience managing data related and/or operations teams with a customer centric focus on process improvements and SLA management.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills. Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally at all levels. Excellent presentation and influencing skills. Ability to influence desired outcomes.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously with attention to details and find solutions to issues and drive for results.
Provides support to the team in managing standard and large projects with a focus on exceeding SLAs.
Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Background and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial institutions or similarly regulatory industries and/or software development processes with background in the data processing environment, application systems, and communication systems.
JIRA software management experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or other methodology certifications.
Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers and travel.

The pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $80,000 - $100,000.
Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus, and benefits.
