The Opportunity

We’re seeking an exceptional Python Developer to join our engineering team in Serbia. You will evaluate and improve product quality through in-depth data analysis, develop and implement a comprehensive product evaluation pipeline, and design effective sampling and labeling strategies to ensure reliable assessments.

About the Role

This role involves building and maintaining product evaluation systems, conducting detailed performance analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Machine Learning and Labeling. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality Python code to develop the evaluation pipeline
• Develop stratified sampling strategies and calculate performance metrics
• Collaborate closely with Labeling Managers and the Machine Learning team
• Analyze pipeline performance and identify weak spots in our solution
• Propose new ideas for evaluation and metric improvements

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in software development or data science roles
• Strong background in statistical analysis
• Experience with machine learning-centric systems (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
• Advanced English skills
