Now we are looking for a Learning Experience designer for our Non-tech AI program (B2B).

What you will do

Update our current courses:

  • Audit the course in terms of cognitive load, motivation, difficulty level, and alignment with educational outcomes;
  • Work with student feedback and subject-matter expert recommendations to identify areas for course quality improvement;
  • Update course content in collaboration with SMEs (subject-matter experts);
  • Maintain backlog of improvements.


Develop new materials:

  • Participate in learning needs analysis and high-level course design with the Product Manager and SME;
  • Map learning outcomes for the whole course and for each module and lesson;
  • Write content based on SME’s materials, prepare practice exercises and learning aids;
  • Prepare materials about new courses for sales manager training;
  • Create documentation about courses and keep it up to date.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an instructional designer, learning experience designer, learning content developer, or program designer - only adult learning;
  • Familiarity with models and methodologies for teaching complex skills;
  • Experience in developing diverse educational content, including long-form articles, projects, practice tasks, infographics, and assessments;
  • Ability to design and implement assessments for skills and knowledge within courses;
  • Proficient in structuring educational experiences and creating Learning Journey Maps (LJMs);
  • Experience with modern tools for creating learning aids; familiarity with Figma and HeyGen is preferred;
  • Proficient in English (C1 level or higher).


Nice-to-have:

  • A background in digital professions (marketing, design, product/project management)
