We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst/Engineer to join our team. This role will leverage Microsoft Fabric to build and deliver enterprise strategic projects that span all data products, integrations, and automations for the organization. The ideal teammate will have a strong background in data analysis, engineering, and project management, with a proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making and innovation.

After one year as our Senior Data Analyst/Engineer, you will know you were successful if you are able to handle the following confidently and independently.

  • Data Product Development: Design, develop, and maintain data products using Microsoft Fabric to support business      objectives and enhance data accessibility.
  • Integration: Lead the integration of various data sources and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across the organization.
  • Automation: Implement automation solutions to streamline data processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.
  • Strategic Projects: Manage and deliver enterprise-level strategic projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions and      strategies.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing, validation, and documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business units, IT, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions that meet those requirements.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


Requirements



  What we are looking…

  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or a related role, with a focus on enterprise-level projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Python, R, and other relevant data analysis and engineering tools.
