We are looking for a Content Developer and Instructor trainee on Data and AI Literacy!

 

You will be responsible of developing and delivering interactive training sessions, guiding participants through hands-on exercises, and ensuring they gain practical skills in analyzing, interpreting, and modelling data for real-world applications.
 

Data Analysis, Statistical Proficiency, and Machine Learning

  • Strong understanding of descriptive, diagnostic, and inferential analytics
  • Ability to conduct statistical tests (Chi-square, t-tests, regression analysis)
  • Experience applying machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, and model evaluation

Technical Skills in Data Tools & Programming

  • Proficiency in key ML concepts such as feature engineering, model tuning, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in Excel and Python for data analysis, visualization and machine learning applications.
  • Strong knowledge of libraries like NumPy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, and scikit-learn.
  • Experience building and evaluating machine learning models (regression, classification).

Training & Facilitation Expertise

  • Ability to explain complex analytical concepts in a clear and engaging way.
  • Experience leading interactive workshops with hands-on exercises.
  • Strong communication skills to support learners of varying skill levels.

Other

  • Fluency in written and (especially spoken!!) English
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Eager to learn
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
