• Adobe Target Developer Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Adobe Target-based personalization and experimentation strategies in a Managed Services environment. This role requires strong expertise in Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Cloud, and front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) to deliver seamless, data-driven customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Adobe Target for A/B testing, multivariate testing (MVT), and Experience Targeting (XT) within a Managed Services framework. Manage and maintain Adobe Target configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting for multiple clients. Develop and optimize personalization campaigns across web, mobile, and app environments. Work with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Adobe Analytics, AEP, Adobe Launch, and Customer Journey Analytics) to enhance personalization and reporting. Customize Adobe Target implementations using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for advanced test executions. Integrate Adobe Target with third-party data sources, CRM, CDP, and real-time decisioning engines. Troubleshoot and resolve Adobe Target implementation issues, performance challenges, and tracking discrepancies. Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and consent management policies in personalization initiatives. Provide ongoing technical support, monitoring, and optimization as part of a Managed Services engagement. Document processes, best practices, and provide training to internal teams and clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in Adobe Target implementation, campaign setup, and personalization strategies. Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills for custom experiment and personalization setups. Experience integrating Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics (A4T), AEP, and Adobe Launch. Knowledge of profile scripts, audience segmentation, and AI-powered personalization. Hands-on experience with REST APIs and server-side Target implementations. Familiarity with privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and consent-based targeting. Ability to monitor and manage Adobe Target performance, incidents, and SLA-based issue resolution.
