The position requires a proficient skill set to build and seamlessly integrate AI-driven applications into web platforms, utilizing tools like Flask, OpenAI APIs, and LangChain. The incumbent will focus on developing robust backend services and enhancing frontend applications using React, while effectively deploying AI solutions through cloud platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to define and execute AI-driven product strategies, including the design and implementation of machine learning models into production environments. Unique to this role is participation in Agentic AI end-to-end workflow initiatives, requiring an adept understanding of Vectorshift and n8n frameworks. Integral involvement in text workflow tasks using LLMs, and low-code/no-code platforms will ensure innovative AI integration into existing systems. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth and innovation of AI capabilities within Lean Tech.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python, primarily leveraging Flask framework.
• Integrate and optimize generative AI solutions, focusing on agentic AI end-to-end workflows, and utilize technologies like OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and Vectorshift.
• Design and implement machine learning models into production, with emphasis on text workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks like PyTorch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute AI-driven product strategies and initiatives.
• Build and enhance frontend applications using React to ensure seamless interaction with backend components.
• Utilize low code/no code end-to-end workflow platforms to integrate AI solutions into existing web platforms.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure to deploy AI-powered applications effectively.
• Optimize the system for performance, scalability, and security, ensuring robust software architecture.
• Manage databases, including PostgreSQL (pgvector) and quadrant, to support AI and machine learning tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced experience with Python, specifically using Flask for backend development.
• Intermediate proficiency in React for frontend development.
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning and AI frameworks, with hands-on experience designing and implementing models.
• Experience with Generative AI initiatives, leveraging tools like LangChain, Vectorshift, n8n, and OpenAI APIs for agentic AI end-to-end workflows.
• Intermediate knowledge in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) for text workflows.
• Proficiency in database management, specifically with PostgreSQL, pgvector, and quadrant (nice to have).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI models.
• Practical knowledge in software architecture and coding practices.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into web platforms using low code/no code end-to-end workflow platforms.
• Fluency in English (C1 level required).
