About the role

Reckitt is seeking an experienced IT&D Data Architect, product/platform manager specializing in large-scale implementations of enterprise analytics solutions and architecture to join the Global SAP Data & Analytics team. The position will play a key role in the global transformation initiative, supporting the roll out, enhancement of the SAP Data & analytics platform together with the SAP ERP/S4. The focus will be on requirements gathering, functional/ technical design, testing, implementation, and governance of the global SAP data & analytics template.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the deployment, enhancement, and governance of SAP data & analytics solutions within the global SAP transformation program.
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with the Global Business Process Owner (BPO).
  • Oversee functional and technical design, testing, and delivery of analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with the global architecture.
  • Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design with business teams, BPOs, and vendors.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP operational analytics, ERP data federation (e.g., SAC, Azure Data Lake), and reporting solutions.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, training, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor product performance, optimize solutions, and maintain a well-organized product backlog.
  • Support stakeholders, super users, and deployment teams throughout implementation.
  • Collaborate with SAP ERP, Data & Analytics, FP&A, and solution architects to drive enterprise-wide reporting solutions.
  • Stay updated on SAP data & analytics trends, incorporating relevant innovations into the product roadmap.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Business Studies.
  • Strong understanding of business functions like Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance.
  • Experience delivering enterprise analytics solutions (SAP SAC, Power BI, BW on HANA/Datasphere, SAP BO).
  • Ability to align business needs with technical solutions in global projects.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SAC, BO, BW on HANA, and S/4HANA modules; Datasphere is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, translating technical concepts for business users.
