MLOps Engineer (f/m/d)

In this role, you will shape the future of NXAI’s technology in a meaningful way by:

• Checking and automatizing of model deployment as well as ensuring smooth integration.

• Monitoring pipelines to track various metrics like response time, error rates, and resource utilization.

• Securing model artifacts are generated/stored correctly.

• Establishing alerts and notifications to quickly detect anomalies or deviations from expected behavior.

• Ensuring models are continuously deployed and updated.

Requirements

You may be a good fit if you have:

• Deep quantitative background with a degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.) in a highly analytical discipline, like Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, etc.

• Strong experience in building Machine Learning deployment pipelines, including automation of model packaging using Docker, Kubernetes, and NVIDIA Triton.

• Expertise in ONNX Model Conversion and establishing validation pipelines for seamless model deployment.

• Proficiency in CI/CD and Infrastructure Automation with GitHub Actions or Jenkins for reliable and continuous ML deployment, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices with tools like Terraform.

• Advanced skills in deploying Kubernetes on edge devices and scaling edge AI models through Docker or Podman on edge servers.

• Competence in cross-compiling AI models for deployment on ARM, NVIDIA, and AMD devices for optimized edge performance.

• Knowledge of performance tracking using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry for edge AI applications.

• Running automated tests (unit and integration testing) for ML models.
