Commercial Data Analyst (x|f|m) – On site

We are looking for a Commercial Data Analyst (x|f|m) for the Commercial Excellence Intelligence & Analytics Team based in Göttingen (Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH). In this role, you will support various Commercial Data & Analytics initiatives, providing sales and customer performance metrics, forecasts and insights to drive business growth and efficiency. Your tasks 

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from business analysis to application deployment

• Translate complex challenges into scalable, user-friendly solutions

• Identify and address data, process, and system gaps with stakeholders

• Build data pipelines in platforms like Databricks and Snowflake, ensuring compliance

• Develop dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making

• Drive analytics innovation, including AI-driven solutions and product recommendations

• Support Sales Territory Management, forecasting, and performance optimization

• Analyze KPIs to uncover trends, correlations, and insights

• Mentor Data & Analytics professionals and contribute to strategic planning

Your qualifications 

• You have a master’s degree in the field of engineering, statistics, data analytics, computer science or similar qualification

• Several years of experience in data analytics and reporting and strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Exceptional analytical skills for data analysis, trend identification and actionable insights

• Proficient in Tableau, Snowflake, and Python/PySpark for data visualization and modeling

• Experience with Customer Segmentation,  Generative AI, and Machine Learning is valued

• Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP ERP and other enterprise solutions

• Team player with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams

• Fluent in English and German language is an advantage
