Nous avons une opportunité excitante pour un Senior Manager, Quality Assurance afin de diriger notre équipe QA cloud et garantir la fiabilité, la performance et l’évolutivité de nos technologies vocales basées sur l’IA. Ce rôle est essentiel pour définir les stratégies d’automatisation des tests, exploiter les LLMs pour la génération intelligente de tests et intégrer l’assurance qualité (QA) dans les flux de développement cloud modernes.
 

En tant que Senior QA Manager, vous superviserez plusieurs équipes QA, définirez des stratégies de test et collaborerez étroitement avec les développeurs, les équipes DevOps et les ingénieurs en apprentissage automatique (ML) pour établir une approche axée sur l’IA et l’automatisation de la qualité logicielle.
 

Responsabilités

• Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’automatisation des tests pilotées par l’IA, en exploitant les LLMs pour la génération automatique de tests, l’analyse des défauts et l’optimisation des tests.

• Diriger et encadrer une équipe d’ingénieurs QA spécialisés dans l’automatisation des tests, les tests de performance et les pratiques QA basées sur le cloud.

• Collaborer avec les équipes de développement logiciel, d’IA et de DevOps pour intégrer les processus QA dans les cycles de développement Agile.

• Utiliser des outils d’IA générative et des LLMs internes pour créer et maintenir des scripts de test autonomes et de haute qualité.

• Mettre en place et superviser des pipelines de test intégrés aux CI/CD, garantissant une validation automatisée fluide dans les environnements cloud.

• Suivre et analyser les métriques de qualité, assurant une transparence dans le suivi des défauts, la couverture des tests et les insights pilotés par l’IA.

• Représenter l’organisation QA dans les discussions stratégiques avec la direction et les clients, en promouvant des stratégies intelligentes et automatisées d’assurance qualité.
   

Profil recherché

• 12 à 15 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie du logiciel, dont au moins 5 ans en gestion QA.

• Solide expertise en automatisation des tests, tests pilotés par l’IA et assurance qualité basée sur le cloud.

• Expérience préalable dans des grandes entreprises technologiques développant des logiciels cloud-natifs et des applications basées sur l’IA.

• Expérience dans la gestion d’équipes QA axées sur l’automatisation, la performance et les déploiements cloud.

• Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 ou Master en Informatique, Génie Logiciel, Électrotechnique ou domaine connexe.
   

Compétences requises

• Expérience pratique en programmation Java et Python pour le développement de frameworks de test et de scripts d’automatisation.

• Expertise dans l'utilisation des LLMs et des outils basés sur l’IA pour l’automatisation QA.

• Bonne maîtrise des frameworks d’automatisation des tests.

• Expérience avec les tests basés sur le cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) et les environnements conteneurisés (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Compétence dans les pipelines de test intégrés aux CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

• Bonne compréhension des tests API, de la virtualisation des services et des contrats.

• Connaissance du protocole gRPC.

• Expertise en tests de performance et d’évolutivité (JMeter, Gatling, k6).

• Familiarité avec les méthodologies de test de sécurité (OWASP, outils SAST/DAST).

• Excellentes compétences en leadership, en résolution de problèmes et en communication, avec une capacité à innover dans les pratiques QA.
   

Compétences appréciées

• Connaissance des normes qualité des logiciels dans l’industrie automobile.

• Expérience dans l’industrie de la reconnaissance vocale.

This role is critical in driving test automation strategies, leveraging LLMs for intelligent test generation, and integrating QA into modern cloud-based development workflows.
 

As the Senior QA Manager, you will oversee multiple QA teams, define test strategies, and work closely with developers, DevOps, and ML engineers to establish an AI-driven, automation-first approach to software quality.
 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-driven test automation strategies, leveraging LLMs for automated test generation, defect analysis, and test optimization.

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers specializing in test automation, performance testing, and cloud-based QA practices.

• Collaborate with software development, AI, and DevOps teams to embed QA processes into Agile development cycles.

• Utilize generative AI tools and in-house LLMs to create and maintain high-quality, self-healing test scripts.

• Implement and oversee CI/CD-driven testing pipelines, ensuring seamless automated validation in cloud environments.

• Monitor and analyze quality metrics, ensuring transparency in defect tracking, test coverage, and AI-driven insights.

• Represent the QA organization in executive and customer-facing discussions, advocating for intelligent, automated quality assurance strategies.
   

Who You Are

• 12-15 years of experience in the software industry, with at least 5+ years in a QA leadership role.

• Strong background in test automation, AI-driven testing, and cloud-based quality assurance.

• Prior experience in large-scale technology companies working on cloud-native software and AI-powered applications.

• Experience managing QA teams focused on automation, performance, and cloud-based deployments.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
   

Required Skills

• Hands-on coding experience in Java and Python for developing test frameworks and automation scripts.

• Expertise in using LLMs and AI-powered tools for QA automation.

• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks.

• Experience with cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proficiency in CI/CD-driven testing pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

• Strong understanding of API testing, service virtualization, and contract testing.

• Understanding of the gRPC protocol.

• Expertise in performance and scalability testing (JMeter, Gatling, k6).

• Familiarity with security testing methodologies (OWASP, SAST/DAST tools).

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to drive innovation in QA practices.
   

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of automotive industry software quality standards.

• Experience in the speech recognition industry.
