Data Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Digital Engineer to join our Data & AI Team. The ideal candidate will have background in Data and AI, Python programming, usage of Large Language Models (LLMs), and Azure Cloud. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for innovation and technology, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance, ensuring data ownership & accountability.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality, metadata management and data protection standards and processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and data scientists, to deliver data analytics solutions.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data models and analytics frameworks.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users on data tools and platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and artificial intelligence.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant working experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data manipulation languages (e.g., SQL).
• Good understanding of databases and data structures
• Experience with data governance and data management principles
• A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
