We are seeking a talented User Feedback Analyst to join our dynamic AI Training organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving user experience and has a strong background in data analysis and user feedback interpretation. This role involves analyzing user feedback on search results to generate actionable insights for our engineering and product teams. Your work will directly impact the quality and safety of the client’s search platform, making analytical skills and a user-centric mindset crucial for success.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technology, statistics, economics or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience (preferably in trust & safety) with a focus on data analytics or visualization.
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
SQL knowledge.
What you'll do:
Analyze user feedback from multiple data sources to identify recurring themes and patterns in user experiences. Generate reports based on the findings of this analysis.
Develop and implement data collection and processing methods for both structured and unstructured feedback data.
Apply advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from user feedback.
Highly proficient in data analysis techniques and tools, with experience in handling large datasets. Proficiency in Python and/or R is a plus.
Generate actionable reports that summarize findings and provide clear recommendations for product improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate insights and drive positive changes in our search product.
Monitor and identify high-priority feedback that may require immediate attention or escalation.
Stay informed about the latest trends in search technology, user behavior, and data analysis techniques, as well as advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Provide input to product and engineering teams to enhance search quality and user satisfaction.

Who you are:
An experienced professional in data analysis, with a strong background in data visualization and reporting.
Skilled in data visualization and the ability to present complex information in an easily understandable format.
A critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledgeable about natural language processing and machine learning fundamentals.
Proficiency in utilizing search engines, databases, and online research tools, with the ability to efficiently navigate complex information ecosystems and extract relevant insights.
Experienced with project management tools and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working independently while also being a strong team player.
Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Excellent communicator, able to convey technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Passionate about improving user experiences and driving product enhancements.
Basic understanding of, and passion for, generative AI technologies, including practical experience with prompt engineering and hands-on use of generative AI products and applications.
