Summary of Position
The People Analytics Project Lead will play a key role in supporting our People Analytics team by combining analytics, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills. This role will help manage data-driven initiatives, streamline team processes, and communicate the team's value to various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR data analytics, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Team Coordination:
- Organize and manage team tasks and project assignments, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely progress.
- Coordinate incoming requests and prioritize tasks, helping the team stay focused and productive.
- Support team communication and collaboration, assisting with stakeholder management and clarifying project requirements.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Create, modify, and maintain reports using Workday; provide support in analyzing data to meet stakeholder needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability, identifying and correcting any issues in reporting outputs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide insights through clear, concise reporting.
- Monitor and resolve BAU case queue; reviewing requirements, building reports, troubleshooting data or reporting discrepancies, documenting testing
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work directly with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on analytics needs.
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and updates to effectively communicate team progress and value to various audiences.
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders to address ad-hoc reporting needs and queries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Project Management:
- Lead small-scale projects within People Analytics, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Maintain project and task trackers to monitor progress and support team efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.

Qualifications Expected for Position
4+ years of experience in analytics OR 4+ years of experience in management consulting
Prior experience building dashboards, automated reports, and data-based storylines; strong technical aptitude; eager to ‘dig into’ data and learn new languages & technologies
Proven ability to run small projects from inception to completion in multi-functional environment; work directly with users and management to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build stakeholder relationships and rapport.
4+ years experience in analytical programming language(s) such as SQL, R, Python, SAS OR 4+ years experience in excel and powerpoint for an analytics or consulting role
Excellent communication, judgement, prioritization, and critical thinking skills Results-oriented; passionate about delivering well-supported answers to key stakeholders
Prior experience with HR disciplines such as Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, etc.
Experience in Workday reporting, Excel mandatory.
Qualifications Preferred for Position
Undergraduate Degree or Masters Degree in one or more of the following disciplines: Economics, Math, Physics, Software Development, Sociology, Psychology, HR Management.
Prior experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, etc. and HR Technologies such as Workday, UltiPro, ADP, Peoplesoft, ICIMS, Taleo, Lever, Greenhouse, etc.
Prior experience in one or more advanced analytics disciplines: Data science, database design, machine learning, data engineering / ETL, statistical test design, etc.
