STV advises, plans, designs, engineers and delivers the infrastructure that powers local economies, including transportation, buildings and water.STV is seeking a Business Development Data Analyst to join the firm in our Transportation Group This position will be based in one of our Pennsylvania offices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in business development, creating and maintaining project win plans, client capture plans, general client strategy and pursuit tracking via CRM.
- Develop reports as requested by management using the CRM database.
- Provide administrative and technical management support to the technical teams in the T&I Division on projects from pursuit preparation through project initiation.
- Support and assist in compiling and presenting business cases for strategic sourcing initiatives for both direct (client project-related) and indirect spend, based on rigorous data analysis.
- Thoroughly understanding the organizations business plans and strategic priorities.
- Partners with departments / discipline leads to better understand the client business ecosystem and roadmaps.
- Aid in the development and implementation of robust strategic initiatives for key spend categories with consideration to industry dynamics while ensuring alignment with core business strategies.
- Identifying opportunities in support of the Client Service Team Leaders optimization of key market pursuits
- Provide substantive support in setting, measuring, and reporting key metrics as determined by benchmark corporate initiatives.
Requirements:
- Candidate is organized, decisive, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments under strict deadlines and willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines.
- Excellent writing and grammatical skills and ability to adapt to an industry-specific style guide.
- Experience with data management and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to organize, facilitate, and coordinate meetings with interdisciplinary staff and lead personnel.
- Sound judgement, prioritization, and decision-making skills with a high degree of professional integrity.
Qualifications:
- College degree, preferably in English or Liberal Arts, or an industry-related field
- Ability to expertly manage a high-pressure environment demonstrating exceptional communication, written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- Expert ability with Microsoft Office Suite primarily with Excel to analyze, prepare, and write communications to assist in business development efforts.
- Ability to work in a hybrid-type environment.
- Experience with marketing in the architecture/engineering

Compensation Range:
