IT Process Lead Specialist

We are looking for an experienced IT Projects Lead Specialist to join our IT Process & Program Management Factory and you will be reporting directly to the manager.
 

What will you do:

You will have the opportunity to be involved ​in the IT Process Management activities such as:

• You will take care of documenting current processes using techniques like BPMN and EPC and determine their Standard Operating Procedures.

• You will define and monitor key performance indicators to measure performance, productivity, and quality.

• You will create detailed reports and dashboards in ServiceNow to present findings and recommendations.

• You will analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• You will compare current performance with desired outcomes to identify improvement areas.

• You will identify and design optimized processes for improvement (using methodologies such as Lean, DMAIC, and so on).

• You will ensure processes adhere to our standards and regulatory requirements.

Who you are: 

• You have more than 4 years in Process Management, Data Analysis (or data science), and/or Functional Analysis

• You have a Degree in Information Technology, Management Engineering, Statistics, or similar.

• You have excellent knowledge of Process Management and/or analysis methodologies strong statistics, analytical, and logical skills.

• You have knowledge of KPI and report management.

• You are driven towards precision, curiosity, and teamwork.

• Your are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.

Preferably, you also have: 

• Previous relevant experience in ​Project Management or Data Analysis roles.

• Knowledge of common ICT governance frameworks like ITIL or COBIT.

• Basic knowledge of methodologies such as UML, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma or Use Case Management and any relevant certification adherent to the cited methodologies.

• Knowledge of data analysis and presentation tools like PowerBI, Qlik and data analysis language like R or Python.

• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow
