Build and maintain data/solution pipelines. Work in a technical team through development, deployment, and application of applied analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics using machine learning and artificial intelligence. Design and optimize data structures in data management systems (Hadoop, Snowflake, and Cloud platforms) to enable AI/ML solutions. Build custom software components and analytics applications. Work with Data Scientists to implement strategies for cleaning and preparing data for analysis, develop data imputation algorithms, and optimize performance of big data and machine learning systems.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Nuclear Engineering, Software Engineering, or Business Analytics or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Machine Learning Engineer-related occupation.
Position requires:
1. Data Engineering/processing, Business Intelligence and Advanced analytics.
2. Relational databases and SQL.
3. Databases (Oracle, MSSQL,Snowflake, or BigQuery).
4. Building scalable ETL pipelines with big data processing and/or developing applications and data sources (Apache Ni-Fi, Airflow, or Kubeflow).
5. Algorithms and Data Structures.
6. Applying algorithms and core computer science concepts to real-world systems.
7. Concurrent programming, client-server and distributed systems, and software testing and security.
8. Java, Python, and Object-Oriented Programming.
9. API styles, software architecture, and human-computer interaction.
10. Various frameworks and processes, such as Agile.
11. Integrated Development Environments, and revision control systems including GIT.
12. Deep learning models using scikit-learn, pytorch or keras/tensorflow.
13. Linux, UNIX or MacOS environment.
14. Collecting application metrics (e.g. Splunk).
15. Semiconductor manufacturing data.
16. File Manipulation, console commands, and shell scripting.
17. Experience developing a Machine Learning program in Python for classification or regression.
18. Experience with one or more Machine Learning frameworks such as Scikitlearn, Pytorch or TensorFlow.
19. Experience with Deep Learning models for computer vision, image processing, signal processing, LLMs, NLP or equivalent deep learning application.
