Job Description

Join our Staff Function People & Culture team as a Senior Expert in HR Master Data & IT Systems.

In this role, you will closely collaborate with SME’s, HR Business Partners and IT to ensure the data quality and availability of Employee Master Data in HR IT Systems and relevant IT systems serving Business. Furthermore, you manage the process and quality control of our external workforce in the relevant IT solutions. You work across functions, business units, and countries to enhance data quality by harmonizing, documenting, and adhering to data standards. Working in relevant projects across P&C are a significant part of the role as well.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all HR Master Data integrations from and to relevant IT systems in collaboration with SME’s, HR Business Partners and Staff Function IT.
• Process Management for the external workforce scope registered in our centrally maintained master data repository
• Develop and implement KPI metrics to measure data quality and integrations performance.
• Participate in relevant P&C-wide projects to develop P&C and specifically the  Master Data Management function.
• Ensure compliance in all global master data-related topics.
• Drive continuous process improvement and standardization.

Qualifications

Who are you? 
As a Senior Expert in HR Master Data & IT Systems you need to have deep knowledge (at least 5-7 years of experience) with SAP HCM master data and organizational management

• Relevant university degree or equivalent education in business, engineering, economics, or IT.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in managing complex international projects.
• Strong knowledge of HR business processes and in relation to IT systems.
• Familiarity with HR IT solutions such as SAP and SuccessFactors, especially in payroll and time.
• High customer orientation and advisory attitude.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong assertiveness and professional conflict management skills.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Business fluency in English.
