Responsibilities:

• Data Pipeline Development & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms, web analytics, social media) into our data warehouse and reporting platforms.
• Dashboard Development & Automation: Develop and automate interactive dashboards and reports using DOMO (or similar BI tools) to visualize key marketing metrics and performance indicators. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Data Democratization: Translate client requests and business needs into clear data solutions that empower the marketing team to access and utilize data effectively. Develop documentation and training materials to promote data literacy.
• Data Quality & Governance: Implement and maintain data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Adhere to data governance policies and best practices.
• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders, analysts, and other data engineers to understand data requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues, propose innovative solutions, and stay up-to-date with the latest data engineering technologies and trends.
• Platform Expertise: Comfortable working within DOMO and Adobe Analytics, leveraging their capabilities to extract, transform, and load data for reporting and analysis.
• Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document detailed data requirements from marketing stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives.
• Presentation & Communication: Present data insights and technical solutions in a clear, concise, and professional manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Role Requirements:

• Proven ability to build automated dashboards compiling information from different data sources.
• Comfortable working in DOMO and Adobe Analytics.
• Able to translate client requests into data solutions to help democratize data.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
