Job Summary:
IPH is seeking a People Data Analyst who will report to the Senior Director, Total Rewards at IPH. This will be a key role in supporting business growth through M&A, benefits, and compensation projects by creating dashboards and key data analyses. This role requires a strong understanding of people data, creating meaningful insights within and outside of Workday to support multiple teams.
The People Data Analyst will work within the Total Rewards team, collaborating with the benefits team on audits, benefit invoice reconciliation, and turnover, headcount, recruiting, and compensation dashboards. Additionally, this role will provide backup support for benefits and compensation teams and work closely with the employee experience team and people partners to meet People Analytics reporting needs.
The role requires expertise in data reporting, benefits, and compensation analysis. A strong analytical mindset, storytelling ability, and experience in building reports in Workday and developing dashboards are essential.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting solutions to answer critical business questions using people data.
- Own query and data validation processes to ensure reliable and accurate reporting.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and insights to leadership in a timely and reliable manner.
- Conduct custom analyses to inform people and talent strategy, including workforce trends, hybrid work impact, and retention modeling. Identify and resolve data discrepancies while maintaining data integrity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proficiency in understanding and using people data for decision-making.
- Assist the Benefits team with audits, invoice reconciliation, 401k audits, and compliance reviews.
- Develop and implement reporting and dashboards to support Executive Leadership and the Chief People Officer, with a focus on integrating dashboards into Workday.
- Enhance People Partner self-service reporting by building tailored Workday reports.
- Support benefits teams with invoice audits, billing accuracy, and process efficiency improvements.
- Utilize Prism and/or Microsoft Access to create and maintain data repositories for reporting needs where Workday does not house relevant data.
- Act as a backup for benefits and compensation teams, assisting with 401k submissions, integration issues, merit planning, and open enrollment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or data analytics related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources preferably in benefits and data analytics.
- 3+ years working in an analytic capacity with data modeling for compensation and benefits or executive compensation.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Workday, etc.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
