Data Analyst (Customer Data)

As part of our Analytics Enablement team, this role will be a lead member of new team whose focus will be expanding and optimizing the use and adoption of data and data related services for our global teams with an initial focus on delivering new customer-centric insights across our Commercial Excellence program. The Data Analyst role is an integral member of our data services team, contributing to architecting, designing and delivering solutions, processes and products that help inform and drive data-driven decision-making across the entire organization.

This position is 100% remote with 10-20% travel.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will…

· Architect, develop and execute data analysis strategies and processes to deliver products that address key business questions and opportunities.

· Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders from diverse functions and geographical locations to gain a deep understanding of on-going requirements and architect scalable solutions that meet those business outcomes and needs.

· Help identify and measure innovative ways to enhance the Customer experience and insights.

· Coordinate and lead data exploration activities and business analysis teams to develop and integrate advanced analytics models into data delivery and business processes.

· Fully responsible for outcomes and timelines of all projects.

· Lead projects utilizing IDEX PMO methodology including the building of a business case and benefits, identifying resource requirements, contributing to project design, providing guidance to internal and external resources and authoring full project charter documentation.

· Design, support and document data analysis processes and solutions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or other similar field.

· 3+ years of relevant work experience in customer or marketing data domain

· Advanced proficiency with programming languages (Python or R) for data analysis and modeling.

· A strong understanding and experience on data analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques with preference around unstructured and semi-structured data analysis.

· (examples of tools: Jupyter, data cleansing, data profiling,

· Strong expertise in data visualization tools, preferably Microsoft Power BI.

· Experience in data management (ETL, data quality) technologies, methods and patterns.

· Proven track-record of delivering data-driven solutions that impact business outcomes.

· Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing growth environment and to work independently.

· Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.

· Proven working knowledge of the life cycle of data and analytics concepts and service delivery.

· Proven leadership on small to medium projects with limited oversight.

· Expertise in the design and development of solutions that allow teams to build scalable, resilient environments and that enable teams to more easily manage and deliver insights.

· Certification(s) in data and analytics systems, including, but not limited to: MS SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Platform, Microsoft Power BI.

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $97,400.00 - $146,000.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
