Your role 

• Assist in designing and developing BI solutions using tools like SQL, Tableau, or other tools as per our tech stack.
• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data visualisations.
• Support BI tech lead in enabling best practices with stakeholders and data peers.   
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to BI solutions.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications for BI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver robust BI solutions. 
• Provide training and support to end-users(technical and non-technical) on BI tools and reports. 
• Participate in testing and QA processes for BI solutions.

Your team

Our Data Analytics and Business Intelligence team is formed by 4 analysts from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We collaborate closely with data engineers, analytics engineers, and data scientists to extract insights and drive informed decision-making.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in BI,  data analytics or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL querying.
• Experience with at least one BI and data visualisation tool such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Understanding of different data visualizations and their application in different scenarios
