Specializing initially in the airline industry, Fetcherr aims to revolutionize industries with dynamic AI-driven solutions.

Fetcherr is seeking a Solution Architect who will be responsible for designing and overseeing the technical vision of our ML-based pricing solutions. You'll analyze business requirements, create architectural designs, and ensure seamless integration between our ML models and client systems. This role requires both deep technical expertise and strong business acumen to deliver scalable solutions that solve complex pricing challenges for our airline partners. As a customer-facing role, you will serve as the technical bridge between our clients and internal development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-level solution architectures that integrate our ML models between development teams and with client systems
• Lead technical discovery sessions and create detailed implementation roadmaps
• Troubleshoot and resolve pricing anomalies through ML model analysis
• Drive technical decisions while collaborating with Project Managers, Product teams, and Developers
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
• Provide technical consultation and maintain strong client relationships
• Track model performance and tailor solutions to improve performance based on client feedback
• Work directly with customers to review model performance and feature delivery in order to guide internal developments for improving Fetcherr's product
• Present complex technical solutions to both technical teams and business leadership in a clear, compelling manner

Requirements

• API design and integration patterns expertise
• Experience with real-time data processing systems
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems in both cloud and on-premises environments
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts to technology and business leadership
