Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for a DevOps Engineer with experience in maintaining, improving, and designing scalable infrastructures. 

As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with development teams to implement best-practice cloud solutions (AWS/GCP), optimize infrastructure, and establish robust CI/CD pipelines. 

This position is Hybrid in Porto.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance infrastructure.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to develop efficient IT solutions.
• Optimize infrastructure for cost-effectiveness and performance.
• Work closely with software development teams to maintain peak product performance.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage database systems and implement data integration processes.
• Ensure data compliance and integrity across all systems.
• Oversee software migration and integration of legacy systems into modern architectures.
• Actively participate in team discussions, process improvements, and technical decision-making.

Requirements for the role 

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure design, and software development.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Strong database management skills in both SQL and NoSQL systems, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.  Kafka is a plus.
• Experience in software migration, integrating legacy systems into
  modern software architectures.
• Familiarity with containerization platforms and deployment.
• Proficiency in coding and scripting for automation (Python).
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
