How you’ll make an impact:- Design and implement statistical models and data analysis methodologies to extract insights from complex datasets.- Apply advanced machine learning and natural language processing techniques to solve business problems and create data-driven solutions.- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and relationships in the data.- Develop and evaluate predictive models using statistical and machine learning approaches.- Communicate analytical findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and presentations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks.
The must have skills that matter:- Strong statistical knowledge and experience applying various statistical methods to real-world problems- Proficiency in designing experiments, A/B testing, and causal inference methodologies- Experience with feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning- Proven ability to translate business questions into data science problems and deliver actionable insights- Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex findings to diverse audiences- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product and engineering teams- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience- 4+ years experience in applied data science using statistical and machine learning techniques- 3+ years experience analyzing data using SQL and data manipulation libraries- 3+ years experience with Python and data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.)- 2+ years experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)- 1+ years experience with Generative AI technologies, including working with large language models, diffusion models, or other generative approaches- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Python libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn)
