How You Will Make an Impact

As the Data Analyst Intern on the Supply Chain Team, you will be introduced to the technical challenges associate ad with oil and natural gas exploration and production. 

You will partner with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Last Mile, Accounting, and Manufacturing to analyze data from various sources and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help identify trends, patterns, and insights. In this fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to work on projects related to production optimization, equipment maintenance, and other areas of the oil and gas industry.

This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and process datasets from various sources
• Identify trends and generate insights by conducting routine analyses on Frac Designs and Frac Efficiencies
• Communicate key findings to various departments such as Accounting, Sales, Supply Chain, Last Mile and Logistics
• Track and analyze production work which will include “Pumping/Fracking” with some exposure to drilling
• Recognize key metrics and build high-level dashboards
• Develop and maintain documentation of data sources, data transformations, and analytical processes

Minimum Qualifications

• Junior or Senior working towards a Bachelor’s Degree
• High proficiency with data analysis tools in Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Agile and easily adaptable to new technologies and changing processes
