Brook Health
About Brook Inc
Brook Health is a digital health company. Brook offers a set of products and services extending health-care-management beyond the walls of doctors’ offices and into people’s homes and their day-to-day lives. Brook provides people who are living with chronic conditions a highly personalized high-touch support via a smartphone app offering AI tools, data collection through connected devices, and real-time access to health coaches to make smart, daily decisions and to build healthy habits to achieve their long-term health goals. Brook also offers a CDC-approved preventative program for people who are at high risk for diabetes. For primary care providers, Brook offers SaaS tools for continuous remote monitoring, providing insights into their patient’s health needs, enabling a new model of care, and early preventative interventions with our own care delivery team resulting in better health outcomes.
Brook offers a dynamic work experience with team members in multiple time zones. We have a fast-paced, user-centric, high-expectation, constantly-improving-ourselves type of culture. Our goal is to change the approach to pre-condition and chronic condition care management, to use technology to support health-care providers in improving patients’ health outcomes.

- Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead an analytics team focused on innovation, accuracy, and timely delivery of insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with teams across the organization to align analytics with business objectives and healthcare partner needs.
- Data Governance: Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and security (e.g., HIPAA), establishing rigorous data governance policies.
- Innovation: Incorporate industry-leading methodologies such as risk stratification modeling, predictive analytics tools like clinical forecasting algorithms, and AI-driven solutions to enhance clinical performance and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Public Health, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s strongly preferred).
- 7+ years of analytics experience, with at least 5 years managing analytics teams within healthcare or digital health.
- Proven expertise in healthcare analytics, specifically analyzing clinical outcomes, population health trends, chronic disease management, remote patient monitoring data, and healthcare quality metrics (HEDIS, NCQA).
- Advanced proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma) and understanding of the underlying technical platforms and systems (AWS, Snowflake, Google Cloud).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to distill complex data clearly for clinicians, executives, technical teams, and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI-driven healthcare analytics.
- Certifications such as AWS Data Analytics, Google Cloud Data Engineer, or CBAP.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable business insights.
- Inspirational leadership, skilled at motivating teams in dynamic environments.
