Product Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing segmentation analysis to power Personalization efforts for the enterprise, perform data validation audits, creating custom reports using internal data, and developing Tableau dashboards.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct segmentation analysis to power website personalization by identifying key segments within customer data.
• Perform internal data audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Create custom reports using clickstream data to provide insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize data trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Work with data engineers to ensure data quality and consistency across platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in segmentation analysis and clickstream auditing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or data science.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with segmentation analysis and clickstream auditing.
• Ability to create custom reports using internal data.
• Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization
