Team and Mission

Join us in our newly created role as a Data Science & AI Engineer and shape the future of AI in our company! In this role, you will tackle exciting challenges, develop cutting-edge AI solutions and drive innovation from day one. Using machine learning and advanced intelligence systems, you will play a key role in integrating AI into our systems, optimizing processes and unlocking new opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize AI/ML applications for various projects
  • Implement and enhance Large Language Model (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)applications using LangChain
  • Develop and train computer vision models using PyTorch
  • Design and implement software solutions following best practices in Python
  • Set up and manage containers with Docker and Docker Compose
  • Maintain code versioning with Git and ensure seamless deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI/LLM solutions into existing systems

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related field
  • Strong expertise in Data Science & Software Engineering, with proven experience in project implementation
  • Hands-on experience working in UNIX/Linux (Ubuntu) environments
  • Proficiency in LLM/RAG frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and their real-world applications
  • Deep knowledge of Computer Vision with PyTorch and experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Docker Compose)
  • Solid understanding of Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines (Drone)
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and analytical, with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus
