In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the global derivatives clearing business and collaborate closely with various teams within the organization, including Operations, Business Development, and Technology.

What you will do:
- Design and program reports, according to specifications.
- Work together with different stakeholders to arrive at proper report specifications.
- Pro-actively identify and communicate improvements of risk reporting.
- Prepare and submit risk reports for internal management and regulatory bodies (monthly, quarterly), ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Develop and apply quality controls, to validate reporting output, identify exemptions and understand root cause for discrepancies
- Design and enhance risk dashboards, improving automation and efficiency in risk reporting processes.
- Analyze risk-related data to identify emerging trends, assess market movements, and provide insights.
- Support the development of risk policies, key risk indicators, and risk appetite frameworks for the organization.
What we expect:
- Degree in Statistics, Math, Data Analytics or other relevant area.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data, identify trends and resolve data discrepancies
- Ability to build and leverage interpersonal relationships within the organization
- Experience with working with databases, building reports and dashboard and understanding data flows.
- Strong experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI; Python is a plus!)

What happens now?
This is a full-time fixed-term position (until December 2026) located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.

Monthly base salary 3500 β 4000 EUR gross. The final offer will be based on your experience and skills.
