Purpose of the role:
The senior analyst will work with VPs, Sales Directors, and Account Managers on a variety of initiatives like Salesforce functionality implementation, system maintenance, user support, reporting and data analysis. This is a great place to learn the business and the degree of internal visibility is high. The role consists of approximately 50% analysis & plan making and 50% influencing and engaging people all over Europe.
This is an excellent growth opportunity for talented and aspiring business professionals with 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Salesforce (CRM) Support – Provide support for Salesforce CRM activities, ensuring the system is used effectively by internal stakeholders. This includes configuring and customizing the CRM to meet business needs, managing user accounts, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and updates.
- Maintenance – Perform regular maintenance of the Salesforce CRM system to ensure it is functioning optimally and meeting the needs of the business. This involves troubleshooting issues, performing system updates, and ensuring the CRM is integrated with other business systems.
- User Support – Offer user support and training for Salesforce CRM users, helping them to navigate the system and utilize its features effectively. This includes creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to users.
- Documentation – Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce CRM processes, best practices, and user guides. This includes documenting system configurations, creating user manuals, and maintaining a knowledge base for users.
- Capability building – Help us build and rollout our system processes for different teams and functions
This role will suit you if you have the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – preferably in Business / Computer or/ Data science
- 2-5 years experience in a (data) analyst or similar role in corporate environment
- Considerable drive and energy, self-driven
- Ability to work in a less structured / fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced skills in MS Excel. Experience with e.g. Alteryx, R or Python, is a pre
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint
- Good project management and people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and preferably one other main European language
