Your key responsibilities
Your main mission as a Data Management Expert - GDPR is to assist the DPO/DPE Office and CDO to ensure compliance with the GDPR and Personal data protection laws.
- Have an advisory role towards the personal data protection related topics.
- Develop the governance around the data protection processes.
- Monitor and Improve: keep a close eye on our data protection processes, ensuring we meet the regulatory standards and continuously improve.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders (TECH, legal, compliance, risk…); to implement personal data protection actions.
- Manage personal data breaches.
- Manage data subjects’ individual rights requests and complaints.
- Administrate the Register of Processing Activities (RoPA), Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA), Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA) processes.
- Manage GDPR training & awareness activities (elaboration of yearly GDPR training plan & conduction of training sessions).

- Detail-Oriented: Maintain a high standard of quality, ensuring no detail goes unnoticed.
We are looking for
- Master level or equivalent by experience. Legal related education background is a plus.
- Experience of minimum 3 years in the financial services industry. Previous experience within Legal or Control area (e.g. compliance, internal audit, risk function) is a plus.
- Fluency in English & French (oral and written);
- Good knowledge of banking (product &/or segments) & non-financial and regulatory risks.
